This page lists the third parties that OClever Private Limited uses to provide the OClever Service. It forms Annex 3 of the OClever Data Processing Addendum.
Get notified of changes. To receive an email at least 30 days before we add a new sub-processor, email [email protected] with the subject line "Subscribe: sub-processor updates". Enterprise customers are notified automatically.
1. Sub-processors of Customer Personal Data
These providers may process personal data that our customers submit to or connect with the Service.

We use AI model providers under their commercial API terms, which do not permit them to use our customers' data to train their models.
2. AI answer collection
To measure how brands appear in AI answers, we send prompts to the platforms below and collect their responses. Prompts contain brand names, competitor names, product categories and target market settings. They are not intended to contain personal data, and customers must not include personal data in tracked prompts.

Platforms measured. ChatGPT (OpenAI), Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft), Perplexity (Perplexity AI), Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode (Google), and Grok (xAI). OClever is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these platforms. Coverage depends on your plan.
3. Other service providers
These providers process personal data for which OClever is the data fiduciary (controller), such as billing contacts and website visitors. They are listed here for transparency and are described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Services you connect
Services that you choose to connect to OClever, such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Cloudflare, Fastly, WordPress, Webflow, or the AI assistant you connect to our MCP server, are not OClever sub-processors. Your use of them is governed by your own agreements with those providers.
