This website
On oclever.com we use Google Analytics to count visits — pages viewed, how you arrived and approximate device type and location — so we understand which content is useful. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies to do this; we keep its advertising features switched off. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). When you use the demo booking or contact form, we receive the details you submit (name, company email and message) and use them only to respond to your request. We never add you to a mailing list.
Your OClever account
When your organization uses the OClever platform, we store the account details of the people it invites (name, email address and a hashed password), the brands, competitors, topics and prompts set up for tracking, and the AI answer results we collect for them. We use this information only to provide the service to your organization.
Google Analytics and Search Console
If you choose to connect Google, OClever requests read-only access to Google Analytics 4 reports and Google Search Console performance data, for the property and site you select. We read aggregated figures such as sessions, traffic sources, landing pages, search queries, clicks, impressions and average position, and show them only to your organization inside your OClever dashboard, next to your AI visibility. We cannot change anything in your Google account. The access token Google issues is kept on our servers and never sent to your browser.
Limited Use of Google data
OClever’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, do not use it to train AI models, and do not transfer it to anyone except as needed to provide the features you see, to comply with law, or with your explicit consent. No OClever staff read it except with your permission, for security purposes, or as required by law.
Disconnecting and deletion
You can disconnect Google at any time from Integrations in your dashboard. Disconnecting revokes OClever’s access with Google and deletes the Analytics and Search Console figures we synced. You can also revoke access from your Google Account’s security settings. To delete your OClever account and its data, email [email protected].
What we never do
We do not sell personal information, do not run advertising trackers or retargeting on this site, and do not build profiles of individual visitors.
